Return Eligibility

Products may be eligible for return under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged or defective.
  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • The product packaging is tampered with at the time of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and reported within the specified return window.

Return Request Timeline

Customers must report any return or replacement request within 48 hours of delivery. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for return or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been used or opened
  • Items without original packaging
  • Perishable goods or hygiene-related products once opened
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse

Refund Process

Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product is verified.

Replacement Policy

If a product is found to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers may request a replacement subject to product availability.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
